Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for Skybridge Advisory advisory services. Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness in all financial arrangements with our clients.
Advisory Fee Refunds
Advisory retainer fees are charged for the period of engagement and are not refundable once services have been rendered. If you wish to terminate an engagement, any unused portion of a pre-paid retainer may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to the terms of your engagement agreement.
Placement Fees
Placement and arrangement fees are payable upon successful completion of a transaction or placement. These fees are not refundable once the relevant transaction has been executed.
Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation does not affect fees already earned for services rendered prior to the cancellation date. Specific cancellation terms are documented in your engagement agreement.
Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable under CMA regulations, a cooling-off period may apply to certain advisory engagements. Details are provided in your engagement agreement and during the onboarding process.
