Skybridge was built on a straightforward observation: investors and families operating across jurisdictions deserve advisory genuinely built for that complexity. Not domestic wealth management repackaged for international clients. Not a robo-platform stretched into a private-bank wrapper.
We started in 2018 with a small team of advisors who had spent careers at banks and institutional firms, watching cross-border clients receive fragmented, product-driven advice. The structures were wrong. The coordination was absent. The regulatory oversight was inconsistent. So we built something different.
A focused, independent advisory firm where deal structuring, valuation, and global investor access work together under one regulated roof. In 2025 we transitioned our licence to the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA, formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority, SCA), under Licence No. 20200000272. Today, $500M+ has been structured across 12 jurisdictions, for 5,000+ principal clients, with AY as our local auditor.
