Financial Policies
Last updated: 1 March 2025
Skybridge Advisory maintains strict financial policies in compliance with CMA regulations. These policies govern how we handle client funds, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure the integrity of our advisory operations.
Client Money
We do not hold client money. All client funds are held with regulated custodians and financial institutions. Our role is advisory: we recommend and structure, we do not custody assets.
Fee Transparency
All fees are disclosed in writing before any engagement begins. Our fee structures, whether advisory retainers, placement fees, or success-based arrangements, are documented in your engagement agreement. There are no hidden charges.
Conflicts of Interest
We maintain a conflicts of interest policy that requires identification, documentation, and management of any potential conflicts. Where conflicts cannot be adequately managed, we disclose them to affected clients or decline the engagement.
Suitability
Before making any advisory recommendation, we conduct a suitability assessment that considers your financial position, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and investment knowledge. We do not recommend products or structures that are not suitable for your circumstances.
Best Execution
Where we arrange transactions on behalf of clients, we take reasonable steps to achieve the best possible result considering price, costs, speed, and likelihood of execution and settlement.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, contact us at [email protected] or call +971 4 542 4000. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the CMA.
