What happens next.

After you submit, the route from application to active engagement runs in three stages, then a defined onboarding.

01

Application review

Skybridge reviews your submission to understand your profile, your jurisdictions, and the questions a Wealth Strategy Session should answer. Typically within two business days.

02

Wealth Strategy Session

A confidential 45-minute call with a senior advisor, by Zoom or in-person in Dubai. We map your assets, structures, objectives, and constraints. You receive a written portfolio review you keep, regardless of whether you engage.

03

Tailored proposal

Based on the session, Skybridge presents a structured advisory recommendation: the vehicle, the allocation, the cross-border layer, and the engagement terms in writing.

Accreditation in the UAE

Are you an accredited investor in the UAE? Here is how to know.

The UAE Capital Market Authority defines a professional or accredited investor as an individual or entity that meets specific income, wealth, or institutional thresholds. Skybridge advisory products and private-market opportunities are made available only to investors who meet that definition. The classification is regulatory, not marketing.

For most individual applicants, accredited status in the UAE is assessed against one of the following criteria:

  • Income. Monthly income of 300,000 AED or above, sustained over the most recent twelve months.

  • Net worth. Liquid investable assets of $1M+ (or 4M AED+) excluding primary residence, or total wealth above $5M.

  • Professional capacity. Senior officer of a regulated financial institution, or holder of relevant CMA-recognised qualifications.

  • Entity status. Family office, sovereign vehicle, regulated fund, corporate treasury.

Skybridge verifies accredited status during the Wealth Strategy Session and onboarding, using documentation appropriate to the route (income statements, audited net-worth certifications, regulator registrations, or board attestations for entities). Verification is required before any private-market opportunity is shared.

Not sure if you qualify? Submit the form above and we will tell you on the call. There is no obligation either way.
